Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number that can be used to track progress and responses online. It is also possible to consult the archives and the complete history of all your support requests.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. We guarantee an answer, in many cases decisive, within 24h / 48h following receipt of the ticket, from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
